We are incredibly proud to share that Ruths Hotel and Restaurant Okê have been awarded Skagen’s very first Michelin star in the Michelin Guide 2026.
This is a truly special recognition of our dedicated team, their craftsmanship, and their passion — and at the same time a milestone for Skagen, which now firmly takes its place on the international culinary map.
It is the culmination of a journey we have pursued with determination since 2021, and a day that means an enormous amount to our entire team.
